You Can't Wash It Away Because It's Not Dirt
During the winter 2005 -2006 this performative installation was about projecting provocative videos on public walls of Helsinki. The videos showed graffiti painters doing their pieces on black wall. The black background of the paintings and the way the scenes were shot, from behind with no camera movement, enabled painters to appear as illusionary figures on the walls they were projected in scale. ---
